CGC is a certification program that is designed to reward dogs who have good manners at home and in the community. The Canine Good Citizen Program is a two-part program that stresses responsible pet ownership for owners and basic good manners for dogs. All dogs who pass the 10-step CGC test may receive a certificate from the American Kennel Club.

The CGC program is open to all dogs, pure or mix breed.

During a 4 week class we will review all 10 test items. You will have a clear understanding of what is expected during the test. We will practice all test items and train for those that are most challenging to the individual class members.

This class will also help you prepare for the Delta Society Therapy Evaluation. If you are interested in doing therapy with your dog, workshops are relgularly held at our facility.
